This policy covers the private QuickBooks app named Test App. The only user is the owner of the QuickBooks company that connects it.
With your permission, the app reads your QuickBooks Online company name, chart of accounts, and accounting transactions, including tax amounts, through Intuit's API. It uses that information so you can reconcile your own books.
Sign-in tokens and downloaded reports stay on your computer. The app does not send your books to a server of its own.
Your QuickBooks data is not sold and is not shared with anyone else. Intuit processes the sign-in because QuickBooks is the source of the data.
The local files remain on your computer until you delete them. You can disconnect the app at any time from QuickBooks Online under Apps.
